How to Enable WhatsApp Chat in Salesforce
Step-by-step guide
Install the QuickReply App
Install the QuickReply app to your Salesforce account using the following link https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tdL0000007FK5
Please make sure to select option Install for all users
Access Leads in Salesforce
Log in to Salesforce and search for "Leads" or "Contacts" module using the App Launcher.
Edit Page Layout
Open any record and click on Setup > Edit Page in the top-right corner.
Add the QuickReply WhatsApp Chat Component
Drag and drop the "WhatsApp Chat" component from the left panel to your desired location on the page.
Save and Exit
Once the component is added, click Save and exit the page editor.
Log In and Start Chatting
Open the WhatsApp Chat component in any lead/contact record.
Log in to QuickReply using the OTP sent to your registered email.
You can view and take over the conversation if a previous chat exists with the lead.
If not then send an approved WhatsApp template message to the lead to start a new conversation. Note - currently we support WhatsApp chat in the Leads and Contacts module only, but if you need this in any other Salesforce module you can contact us at support@quickreply.ai
