Integrating Salesforce with QuickReply.ai allows you to automatically send leads to your Salesforce CRM from multiple channels, such as WhatsApp, Website Widget, Messenger, and Instagram.

By default, a Lead object is created in Salesforce. If you prefer to create a different SObject, such as Contact or a Custom Object, please connect with your QuickReply.ai POC for assistance.

Integration Steps

  1. Fill in the following information:

    • Your email address registered with QuickReply.ai.

    • If you want to test the integration with a Salesforce Sandbox account, check the Sandbox option. Only select this option if you have a separate Salesforce Sandbox account.

  2. Click on the “Do Integration” button.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to grant QuickReply.ai access to your Salesforce account.

Post-Integration

After completing the steps above, send an email to support@quickreply.ai, and make sure to CC your POC. Include the following details in your email:

  • SObject (Optional): Specify, if a different object (other than Lead) should be created.

  • Fields: List any Salesforce fields you would like to sync from QuickReply.ai. Please list the field names exactly as it is in salesforce. The default fields are:

    • FirstName

    • LastName

    • Email

    • Phone
