Broadcasts Reports

Two types of broadcast reports are available:

1. Delivery & Engagement Reports

2. Revenue vs Spends Reports (for Shopify)

How to download WhatsApp broadcast delivery & engagement reports?

• Navigate to the "Broadcasts" tab located under "Campaign."

• Select your desired broadcast.

• Click on the three-dot icon situated at the far right.

• Select the 'Download Report' option.

• The system will initiate the report download. For smaller datasets, a direct link will appear in a pop-up. For larger datasets, a notification will appear, and the report will be sent to the email associated with your login.

How to check ROAS for your WhatsApp broadcast?

This report is exclusive to Shopify Stores.

1. Navigate to the "Broadcasts" tab under "Campaign."

2. Select your desired broadcast.

3. Click on the three-dot icon at the far right.

• Select "Performance Stats."

• The revenue vs spends report will be displayed.

• To download the report detailing orders attributed to the broadcast campaign, scroll to the bottom and click "Download Reports."
