How to block an end-user from sending and receiving messages from your WhatsApp number?

If you wish to block an end-user from sending messages to you on your WhatsApp Business API number, you can do so easily from our panel.
Just follow these simple steps
  • Go to the All Conversations tab on QuickReply.ai's dashboard.
  • Open the conversation of the user you wish to block.
  • On the right side panel, click on the 3 vertical dots on the top-right.
  • You will see an option to block a user. Click on that to block the user.
  • Now, you will no longer receive any message from that user. Also, no more automated or manual messages will trigger from QuickReply.ai to that end-user.
