If you wish to block an end-user from sending messages to you on your WhatsApp Business API number, you can do so easily from our panel.
Just follow these simple steps
Go to the All Conversations tab on QuickReply.ai's dashboard.
Open the conversation of the user you wish to block.
On the right side panel, click on the 3 vertical dots on the top-right.
You will see an option to block a user. Click on that to block the user.
Now, you will no longer receive any message from that user. Also, no more automated or manual messages will trigger from QuickReply.ai to that end-user.
