Disable Notifications for Agents

Do you want the Admins to focus on just the important reports and notifications? Here's how you can tweak the Notification and Report settings for an Agent.

• Go to the Team section.

• Click on the Gear Icon on the Agents' row.

• Set the Notification Settings for the Agent.
