Credit Balance & Payment Options
Current Balance
Shows your available messaging credits. Example in the screenshot above:

Add Messaging Credits
Clicking this button opens a popup for instant top-up.
Ideal when you want to recharge immediately
Payment happens right inside your account
Best for admins handling billing
Pay Via Link
This generates a shareable payment link.
Can be sent to a finance team member
Useful when someone else handles payments
No login required — the payer can complete the transaction externally
This makes the payment process flexible depending on who is responsible for billing.
View Rate Card
Tap to view region-based pricing for WhatsApp Messages that's being charged on your account for categories like marketing, utility, and session conversations.
Low Balance Alerts
Set a threshold amount so that you get an automated alert as soon as the Messaging Credits go below this limit.
Example:
“Send alert when balance is below: 100 credits”
You can adjust this via the Change option to align with your sending volume.
Quality Rating
To see the Quality Rating of your WhatsApp number, go to
Settings >> Channels >> WhatsApp >> Quality Rating
Your messaging health is shown here.
🟢 Green → Good quality
🟡 Yellow → Some engagement warnings
🔴 Red → High complaints, throttling possible
A good quality rating helps maintain or increase messaging limits over time
Daily Quota Limit
This number shows how many unique customers you can message per day. Read more Messaging Limits
Example:
100K unique customers
Quota increases or decreases automatically with good messaging reputation and verified business identity.
To check on your last 24 hours' of usage, click on Get Last 24hr Usage button.
