Template Variants let you create multiple approved versions of the same WhatsApp message template and group them together. If your primary template ever gets paused or disabled by Meta, QuickReply will automatically switch to the next active variant, so your broadcasts, journeys, campaigns, and conversations continue without interruption. This reduces failures, protects conversion rates, and gives marketers control when Meta’s moderation changes status unexpectedly.
