How to subscribe to push notifications on mobile?

To receive real-time alerts on your mobile—like incoming chats, lead captures, or assignments—QuickReply allows you to enable or disable specific mobile notifications from within the dashboard.

Enable Mobile Notifications from QuickReply Settings

  • Log in to your QuickReply Dashboard (via browser or PWA).

  • Tap the Settings icon in the sidebar

  • Go to the Notifications tab.

  • Under the Mobile Notification column, you’ll see toggles for each type of alert:

    • There is an incoming conversation

    • A conversation is assigned to you

    • There is a new reply from visitor

    • A new lead is captured

    • A conversation is initiated

    • Daily Report

  • Use the toggles to turn ON/OFF notifications based on your preference.

Notifications are pushed via the browser or PWA. Ensure you've also allowed notification permissions in your mobile browser settings (Chrome/Safari).
