How to reschedule a broadcast

A scheduled broadcast can be delayed or rescheduled to a different time.

• Navigate to the Broadcasts tab in QuickReply.

• Find the scheduled broadcast from the list visible or filter the same from the Status dropdown.

• Click on the Edit button under the Actions tab for the broadcast you want to modify.

• Choose your preferred time and date to reschedule the broadcast from the Schedule tab i.e. Step 4.

Things to Keep in Mind:

• The rescheduling option is available only before the broadcast has not started running.

• If a time-sensitive offer or event is tied to the broadcast, ensure the new schedule aligns with its relevance
