How to Archive a WhatsApp Template in QuickReply?

• Navigate to the Templates dashboard on the QuickReply app.

• 
• Locate the template you want to archive.

• Click the More Options (⋮) button next to the template name.

• Select Archive from the dropdown menu.

The template will be moved to the Archived Templates section, making it inactive and unavailable for selection in broadcasts or automated flows. To access archived templates, click Open Archived from the dropdown menu next to Create WhatsApp Template.

Unarchive a Template

1. The archived templates will be displayed in the Archived Templates section. Click the More Options (⋮) button next to the template you want to unarchive.

1. Click Confirm to unarchive the template.

1. Click Revert View to return to the active templates list.
