Archive and Unarchive RCS Templates

Archiving a template removes it from the active RCS templates list without permanently deleting it. You can view archived templates separately and unarchive them when needed.

Archive an RCS Template

To archive an RCS template:

1. Go to Templates from the left sidebar.

1. Select the RCS tab.

2. Find the template you want to archive.

1. Click the ⋯ icon under the Actions column.

2. Select Archive.

Once the template is archived, a confirmation message appears:

Template archived successfully

The template is removed from the active RCS templates list.

View Archived RCS Templates

To view your archived RCS templates:

1. Go to Templates.

2. Select the RCS tab.

3. Click the ⋯ button at the top-right of the page.

4. Select Open Archived.

The archived templates are displayed, and an information banner appears at the top:

Unarchive an RCS Template

To restore an archived RCS template:

1. Open the Archived RCS templates view.

2. Find the template you want to restore.

3. Click the ⋯ icon under the Actions column.

4. Select Unarchive.

Once the template is unarchived, a confirmation message appears:

Template unarchived successfully

The template is removed from the archived view. To return to the active templates list, click Revert view.
