# Overview Dashboard

The Overview dashboard gives you a consolidated view of your WhatsApp performance in QuickReply. It brings key performance metrics into a single dashboard, helping you monitor messaging activity, engagement, conversions, and revenue.

Use Overview to get a quick understanding of how your WhatsApp activity is performing over a selected period and identify the channels and messaging activities contributing to your results.

### What you can track

The Overview dashboard brings together key performance areas, including:

* **Revenue & conversions** — track revenue, orders, and ROI attributed to WhatsApp activity.
* **Reach & engagement** — monitor recipient engagement, clicks, and click-through rates.
* **Message performance** — compare sent, delivered, read, and clicked messages.
* **Source performance** — compare performance across Broadcasts, Campaigns, Journeys, and other sources.
* **Performance trends** — track how key metrics change over the selected period.
* **Top-performing activity** — identify the broadcasts, campaigns, or journeys contributing the most to your selected metrics.\

Use the date range selector to view performance for a specific period and Refresh to fetch the latest available data.

The metrics and attribution available in Overview depend on how your WhatsApp account is configured.
