## Best Practices for running a COD confirmation campaign

**What to do:**

* Always confirm orders with at least **2 nudges**.
* Include an **address confirmation** option.

**How to do:**

1. **Immediately after the order**: Ask to confirm COD order and shipping address.
2. **6 hours later**: Reminder to confirm with urgency ("Limited stock").

**Why this works:**

* Reduces RTOs by confirming buyer intent.
* Fixes failed deliveries due to address issues.
