# Adding Retries After a Broadcast Finishes

#### Eligibility

Add/Edit Retry is available when all of the following are true:

* The broadcast has failed messages.
* Fewer than 3 retries have been configured.
* Smart Utility Fallback has not been applied.

Broadcasts in Scheduled and Completed status are both eligible.

 Once Smart Utility Fallback has been applied, the retry sequence is complete. No further retries can be added.

#### From the Broadcasts List

* Go to Broadcasts from the main navigation panel.
* Locate the broadcast in the table.
* Click the three-dot menu in the Actions column.
* Select Add/Edit Retry.

#### From the Broadcast Report

* Open the broadcast's Details page.
* Scroll to Message Delivery Status.
* Click Add Retry in the failed-messages banner.
