# Apply for RBM Agent

This guide walks you through the process of requesting RCS access and registering your RBM Agent on QuickReply.ai.

### Step 1: Request RCS Access

You can initiate the RCS registration from two places in the QuickReply.ai app:

#### From the Templates page

1. Go to Templates from the main navigation panel.
2. Click on the RCS tab at the top of the page.
3. You will see a prompt: "To start using RCS, you'll need to register and get your RBM Agents."
4. Click Register for RBM Agents.

#### From the Broadcasts page

1. Go to Broadcasts from the main navigation panel.
2. Click + Create Broadcast.
3. In the "Create Broadcast" dialog, under Select primary channel, click RCS.
4. If RCS is not yet activated for your account, you will see a message: "RCS is not activated for your account yet. Activate RCS to start messaging users."
5. Click Request RCS Integration.

### Step 2: Wait for Support Team Contact

After you submit your request, the status will change to Pending and you will see a confirmation message:

"Our support team will contact you soon with RCS details."

<img src="https://1325107618-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FePPO97Ju334NhhCzTEZP%2Fuploads%2FnXbRWLTih3OpCYNB9sMJ%2Funknown.png?alt=media&amp;token=a5293670-140e-4c41-8281-ed7cb3c00f61" alt="" height="414" width="377">

The QuickReply support team will reach out to you — typically within 1–2 business days — with an onboarding form to fill out.

### Step 3: Complete the Onboarding Form

The support team will share a form where you provide the brand details and compliance information needed to create your RBM Agent. This includes:

* Brand name, description, and visual assets (icon and cover image)
* Business website, support phone number, and support email
* Privacy policy and terms & conditions URLs
* Point of contact details for the RCS onboarding
* Your opt-in method, message triggers, interaction types, and opt-out handling

For the full list of required fields and their specifications, see Pre-requisites.

Tip: Having all your assets and information ready before you receive the form will speed up the process significantly. Refer to the Pre-requisites checklist to prepare in advance.

### Step 4: Review & Activation

After you submit the completed form:

1. The QuickReply.ai team will review your submission. This may take a few business days.
2. If additional information or corrections are needed, the team will follow up with you directly.
3. Once your application is approved, your RBM Agent will be provisioned and RCS will be activated on your QuickReply.ai account.

### What Happens After Activation?

Once your RCS channel is active, you will be able to:

* View your RBM Agent profile and details in your account
* Create and manage RCS Templates
* Send RCS Broadcasts to your audience

The RCS tab on the Templates page — which previously showed the registration prompt — will now display your RCS template management interface. The RCS channel option in the Broadcast creation flow will also become fully available.
