# Setting up RCS

Getting started with RCS on QuickReply.ai involves a guided onboarding process. Unlike WhatsApp — where you connect your own Business API account — RCS setup is handled through QuickReply's support team, who will assist you from registration to agent activation.

### How It Works

The setup process has three stages:

1\. Request RCS access You initiate the process from within the QuickReply.ai app — either from the Templates page (RCS tab) or when creating a new Broadcast and selecting RCS as the channel.

2\. Submit your brand details QuickReply's support team will reach out to you with an onboarding form. You'll provide your brand information, assets, and compliance details required to create your RBM Agent.

3\. Review & activation The QuickReply team reviews your submission, provisions your RBM Agent, and activates RCS for your account. Once activated, you can start creating RCS templates and broadcasts.

### Before You Begin

Make sure you have the required brand assets and information ready before starting. See Pre-requisites for the full list of what you'll need.
