# How to install QuickReply on mobile?

Quickreply can now be installed as a mobile app on Android and iOS devices, providing a faster, smoother, and native app-like experience using which you can quickly respond to customer queries, and get alerts for new leads.

## For Android Devices

1. Open **<https://app.quickreply.ai>** in your web browser and switch to New UI if not already (Chrome is recommended).
2. An **install banner** is displayed at the **bottom of the screen.**
3. Click on **install** which will initiate installation of the app on your device.
4. Once installed, **QuickReply.ai will appear as an icon on your home screen**, just like any other app installed from the Play Store.
5. Click on the icon to open the app in fullscreen.\\

## For iOS Devices

2. An **install popup** is displayed with instructions to install.
3. Click on **share** button in the URL.
4. Click on **Add to home screen** from the menu
5. Again click on **Add** and **QuickReply.ai will appear as an icon on your home screen**,
6. Click on the icon to open the app in fullscreen.
